How to Play Generals.io
In Generals.io, you’ll need to use your strategic skills to battle against seven other players. Each match is a free-for-all, and only one can come out on top. To succeed, your main goal is to claim territory, upgrade your defenses, and destroy the competition.
Start by protecting your castle and upgrading your surrounding blocks to strengthen your defenses. However, don’t forget to prepare for counterattacks. Passive play won’t lead to victory—proactive and strategic action is the key!
Game Controls
- Click and Drag: Move the map to navigate your surroundings.
- Claim, Upgrade, and Build: Click on a square and select an action to claim or upgrade the territory.
- Movement: Use WASD or Arrow Keys to move around the map.
- Deselect: Press Spacebar to deselect the current action.
- Clear Queued Moves: Press Q to clear queued moves.
- Undo Last Move: Press E to undo the last move.
